Overview

The Air Partner JetCard Newsletter is an annual editorial publication created for members of the JetCard private aviation programme. The newsletter serves as a premium touchpoint to keep members informed about news, offers, and exclusive experiences, reinforcing the value and engagement of the JetCard membership.

Context

The JetCard programme is a luxury private aviation membership offering guaranteed aircraft access, flexible booking, and elite travel benefits. The newsletter was designed to act as a regular communication channel that strengthens the relationship between Air Partner and its high-value members.

Objectives

  • Create a refined editorial design aligned with the JetCard premium brand

  • Establish visual consistency across multiple newsletter editions

  • Present curated content in a way that feels exclusive and engaging

Concept & Approach

Understanding the expectations of JetCard members, a global audience accustomed to elevated service, the design focused on a premium editorial system that balanced structured information with visual storytelling. The layout and graphic language were developed to reflect the sophistication of the private aviation lifestyle while maintaining clarity for a wide range of content.

Image selection played a key role in communicating experience and aspiration, while thoughtful information hierarchy ensured each spread felt curated rather than generic.

Execution

Deliverables for this project included:

  • Custom editorial layouts for cover and internal spreads

  • Image sourcing to elevate narrative and visual tone

  • Infographics to communicate membership benefits and programme updates

  • Production-ready artwork for print and digital distribution

Each design component was crafted to support readability and align with a luxury brand aesthetic.

Outcome

The JetCard Newsletter became an effective brand tool for maintaining ongoing engagement with members. By presenting content through a premium, considered editorial design, the project helped enhance the perceived value of the JetCard programme and support Air Partner’s ongoing customer relationship efforts.
